ARCHES is committed to producing hydrogen with the objective of fueling the regional economy with a much needed innovative injection of additional domestic energy, while prioritizing economic growth, national, and global leadership.

ARCHES conducted a Statewide RFP for hydrogen projects in 2022 and selected a set of H₂ projects that were proposed to DOE as the foundation for California’s H2Hub and Ecosystem.

ARCHES continues to grow and evolve and to capture the many ongoing opportunities, including through an open rolling RFP for any new hydrogen projects to join our Ecosystem.

We also recognize that creating a sustainable, thriving ecosystem doesn’t rely only on projects; it requires partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to enable the functionality of the whole marketplace by providing the equipment for creation, distribution, and use of hydrogen.
