We are currently developing the ARCHES Hydrogen Workforce Development Strategic Plan, a bold initiative to support the growth of California’s clean hydrogen economy by creating high-quality job opportunities and preparing a skilled, diverse workforce across the state.

This strategic plan will outline a comprehensive approach to workforce development—including regional coordination, training program expansion, and strong partnerships with educational institutions, labor unions, and industry stakeholders.
