Today, the U.S. Department of Energy announced its intent to issue a funding opportunity announcement to advance research, development, and demonstration projects that will reduce greenhouse gas emissions across the U.S. industrial sector.
The City of Oakland has adopted a Resolution supporting ARCHES and Its mission to accelerate green hydrogen’s contribution to decarbonizing the economy in California.
ARCHES can now proceed to the next phase of proposal review; only 41 percent of all initial proposals have passed this milestone.
The potential funding will reduce the cost and improve the performance of technologies for both hydrogen infrastructure and fuel cells.
